Nutmeg Group/Torbay Holdings Inc: Exercise Warrants Independent of Terms

CHICAGO, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- September 16, 2005 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc, Mineola, NY (OTC BB: TRBY) announced The Nutmeg Group had exercised its first tier of warrants, acquiring 3,000,000 shares of common stock pursuant to their warrant agreement of December 16, 2004.

Randall Goulding, J.D., CPA, of The Nutmeg Group, stated: "Our investment in Torbay Holdings, Inc. is founded upon our belief in the company and the management team. Unlike the kinetics which seem to drive other companies on this board, Torbay is founded upon technology, has real products and is focused on continuing the work that is required to make it the success we believe it will become. As supporters and believers, we are therefore demonstrating our commitment by ensuring that Torbay will continue to have access to the financing it needs to more effectively promote its products into the mainstream market. Nutmeg will continue to furnish financial support, if and as needed." Mr. Goulding added, "I was very pleased to see the result of the shareholder vote, which was convincingly in favor of increasing the authorized shares of the Company, providing us with further evidence of shareholder confidence in the Torbay management team."

Tom Large, President & CEO, stated, "We are delighted but not surprised by this news as Randy and the Nutmeg group are what I refer to as 'old fashioned' investors, who look to pick a winner and not play the market odds. The company now has in place those elements, both strategic and practical, to capitalize upon what we believe is our grossly underestimated position and potential in the computer input device marketplace. We have technology, government legislation, supporting legal opinions and clinical indication on our side and millions of potential customers. We will continue to extend our reach to other manufacturers but also start to reach out directly to the mass market with our message. Whatever the motivation is of the other market players, who could be either allies or competition, the reality is that end-users who have heard our message and bought our products have found the solution they seek."

Designer Appliances, Inc, a subsidiary, is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue™ tools and technologies that seek to address the hidden issues of fatigue so as to manage the impact that it is now being understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue™ design also produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to persons with dexterity impairment or disability.
