NutriPure Beverages Exploring New Bio-Degradable Bottling Option for Nu2O Product Line

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - December 10, 2010) - CEO Kenyatto Jones reported today that NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) is investigating and testing a new bio-degradable bottle in preparation for the upcoming launch of its Nu2O product line. 

A safe and affordable bio-degradable bottle is considered by many to be the "holy grail" of the bottled water industry, and recent advances have generated optimism that this goal is very close to being attained. However, a couple of safety and regulatory issues still must be addressed before such a bottle will be available for widespread public use. First, NutriPure must be convinced that the bio-degradable bottle will have no negative effects on the highly specialized nutrients used in its Nu2O products. And second, some municipalities have been reluctant to accept bio-degradable bottles because of concerns that they might negatively affect their recycling systems.
