NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Releases New Distribution Schedules and Sales Projections for Nu2O Bottled Water Products

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - February 10, 2009) - NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) and XND Technologies, Inc. announced today that they intend to launch their first three Nu2O bottled water products simultaneously in the U.S. and Japan by Summer 2009, contingent upon finalization of funding and regulatory approvals. Initial product formulations include "Energy," "Immune" and "Complete Nutrition," with three additional formulations, "Sports," "Joint" and "Weight Control" scheduled to be introduced after the second quarter of operations, and a total of twelve products within the first year. Based on an extensive analysis of current and anticipated market conditions, the company forecasts gross product sales at $10,855,500 for the first 12 months of operations, $49,890,000 for its second year, and $66,100,000 for the third year. These are preliminary projections subject to change depending on a variety of factors including unanticipated fluctuations in the market place.
