NutriPure Beverages, Inc. Takes Possession of Medical Grade Filling Line and Begins Setup of Initial Bottling Plant for Upcoming Nu2O Product Launch

NEWPORT BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - October 8, 2009) - NutriPure Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NBVG) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary XND Technologies, Inc. has taken possession of the recently purchased medical grade filling line and that the equipment is in transit for October 10th delivery at XND's manufacturing facility in Prescott, AZ. The equipment will be installed immediately and the company is expecting to produce its initial sample runs during the first part of December.

This facility, which will be used for all product development work and initial production runs and will also serve as XND's main pilot plant, is capable of producing between $6-7 million worth of Nu2O products annually. In preparation for the initial product launch, the company has also begun the process of identifying contract manufacturers in strategic regional locations across the U.S. who will be set up with the technology to manufacture the product and economically reach key markets throughout North America.

NutriPure is currently in the process of finalizing warehouse locations in Phoenix and in Southern California in order to accommodate the initial Nu2O product launch scheduled for 1st quarter 2010. Once production is initiated, NutriPure expects to generate Nu2O sales within the first 12 months of approximately $10,885,500.
