Nutritional High International Inc. Announces the Establishment of A Medical and Educational Advisory Clinic and Financing Initiatives

Nutritional High International Inc. ("Nutritional High" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the establishment of a medical and educational advisory clinic and to provide an update on its financing initiatives.

Financing Initiatives

Throughout the summer the Company considered different alternatives to finance its business plan and has determined that it will withdraw the preliminary non-offering prospectus filed with the Ontario Securities Commission in July 2014, as it intends to file an offering prospectus in the near future. The Company will provide further details of the proposed financing at the time the offering prospectus is filed with the applicable securities commissions.

Establishment of Medical and Educational Advisory Clinic Business

The Company is pleased to announce that it has established a Medical and Educational Advisory Clinic business, which is focused on serving the end-users of medicinal marijuana. This business segment will focus on providing support and educational services to family doctors and patients alike at its clinics, with a focus on supporting patients in conjunction with their family doctor. While in some cases, the Company's staff will act as a primary caregiver to the patients, it is anticipated that in most cases, the clinic business will provide support and advice to patients who have received a medical marijuana prescription from their family doctors or other specialists. In this regard, professionals at the Company's clinics will advise patients on how to administer medical marijuana, frequency of use, dosage, and other related advice in relation to the specific condition of the patient.

The Company has achieved the following milestones in its Medical and Educational Advisory Clinic business:

• Established a 51% owned subsidiary called Eglinton Medicinal Advisory Ltd. ("EMAL") together with its partner, who currently owns two stores called "The Dragon", a Marijuana culture and Cannabis Paraphernalia Company that has a strong traffic flow of people seeking medical marijuana. "The Dragon" stores are located at 282 Eglinton Ave West and 6373-A Yonge St., Toronto, Ontario.
• EMAL has entered into lease agreement with its partner to open the first medical marijuana clinic that will operate under the name of "CannaHealth Clinic". Potential patients of EMAL will be assessed by EMAL's medical staff and given additional advisory services as to how medicinal marijuana can help potential patients' condition. EMAL has engaged contractors to complete minor renovations to the clinic and expects to commence operations shortly.
• The Company has entered into consulting agreement with a medical doctor who will oversee the EMAL Clinic and service patients providing both medical and educational assistance with regard to the uses of medical marijuana.

The Company expects to open its first CannaHealth Clinic in October, to be located on the second floor of 282 Eglinton Ave West, Toronto, Ontario.

As well, the Company has entered into two option agreements to purchase interest in companies that are in the process of applying for licenses to produce medicinal marijuana under MMPR.
