NUUU's Wholly Owned Subsidiary Rejuvel Int'l, Inc. Completes Registration for Entry Into Ukraine and Continues Its International Product Launch


MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Mar 26, 2015) - Rejuvel Int'l, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Technology Applications International Corporation (OTCBB: NUUU), creators of REJUVEL 3D skin care products, which are made possible due to the company's exclusive agreement with NASA* to use their technology, announced today that it has completed its registration for entry into Ukraine.

Rejuvel's agent in Ukraine, Musa A. Verdi in conjunction with W.W 3D Cosmeceuticals Limited, will construct, place and maintain kiosks and display centers in shopping malls and shopping centers in key locations throughout Ukraine. This group has been granted exclusivity in the territory of Ukraine contingent on maintaining minimum monthly orders of 500 50ml bottles of REJUVEL 3D anti-aging face cream.

According to a study released in 2012, as quoted by the intercharm.kiev.ua website, the cosmetics market in Ukraine was approximately 84 million USD and trending towards continued growth.

With the completion of this registration, Rejuvel, an American company based in Miami, Florida, is now registered in Ukraine, Turkey, and Cyprus in that region.
