SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwired - October 13, 2015) - NuVasive, Inc. (NASDAQ: NUVA), a leading medical device company focused on transforming spine surgery with minimally disruptive and procedurally integrated solutions, today announced that it will attend the North American Spine Society (NASS) 30th Annual Meeting held October 14-17, 2015 at McCormick Place West in Chicago, IL. The Company's attendance highlights NuVasive's ongoing commitment to surgeon support through numerous education workshops and exhibitions of several of the Company's products and procedures, including its recently launched Integrated Global Alignment (iGA™) platform, all of which continue to transform and advance spine surgery tools and techniques.

Gregory T. This year at NASS, we are bringing our leadership position to a whole new level by showcasing NuVasive's revolutionary iGA platform. iGA represents a fundamental shift in the traditional approach to spine surgery, bringing together the best of our technology, tools and software into one procedurally-integrated platform to address the most correlative element of successful, long-term surgical outcomes -- proper alignment. With overwhelming clinical evidence clearly demonstrating the imperative role that preoperative and intraoperative measuring plays in achieving sagittal alignment goals, NASS provides us with an outstanding forum to rapidly broaden awareness of the iGA platform among both deformity and degenerative surgeons as we look to reshape how spine surgery is performed at every level."
