NUVO Wins $2.6M Contract

Remote Management of 7,500 IP Phones

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 20, 2007) - NUVO Network Management Inc., (TSX VENTURE:NVO), a leading managed services provider of solutions that MAXimize IT availability and performance, today announces that it has won a new business contract with a large US based company to manage its network and 7,500 IP Phones.

The new business contract is worth $2.6M to NUVO over a 60-month term. The roll out of the managed services under this contract will commence in August with a planned completion by the end of this calendar year.

NUVO will provide 24x7 remote monitoring and problem management for the WAN, LAN and over 7,500 IP phones located in over 800 locations throughout North America, as well as IP phone Help Desk support. NUVO is providing this service remotely from its secure operation center in Ottawa. NUVO will also deploy MAXadvantage, NUVO's on-demand, web-based, Network Management Solution to provide the customer with access to performance reporting, change management and problem tracking capabilities.
