Nuvolt Corporation Announces the Conclusion of a Distribution Agreement With Tosbec Distribution

LEVIS, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - April 3, 2012) - Nuvolt Corporation Inc. (« Nuvolt ») (TSX VENTURE:NCO) is pleased to announce the conclusion of a distribution agreement for the SmartScan Pro for the industrial market with Tosbec Distribution, a business unit of Delom Group.

Mr. Jacques Dion, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvolt, is very proud of this agreement with Tosbec Distribution.
