(NVAE) Nova Energy CEO Philip Verges Presents Emerging Market Investment Program That Combats Poverty in Africa

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - July 13, 2010) -  Nova Energy, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE)(OTCQB: NVAE) today announced a Webcast presentation by Company CEO Philip Verges. Nova is a member of the NewMarket Technology, Inc. Greenfield Partnership Program. In addition to his role as the CEO of Nova Energy, Mr. Verges is the founder and Chairman of NewMarket Technology. Earlier this year, Mr. Verges joined Nova Energy and introduced an expanded business plan to develop entrepreneurial, high-growth business opportunities in East Africa. The Company's name is expected to be changed in the near future to Savanna East Africa, Inc. in conjunction with the Company's recently expanded business plan.

The Greenfield Program was introduced by NewMarket last year to assist entrepreneurial businesses and start-up ventures located in the world's emerging markets with hard-to-access early stage investment capital. NewMarket is an emerging market systems integration firm with an approximate $100 million in annual revenue, and the Greenfield Program was developed to both enhance the Company's growth potential while at the same time making a contribution to reducing poverty in global emerging markets. With the world's emerging market opportunities being located largely in regions of the world that also face extreme poverty issues, the Greenfield Program has been founded on a belief that a sustainable initiative to reduce poverty must be constructed on a process that produces a profit. Philip Verges' 20 minute presentation begins with an overview of the program's philosophy to economically support the global opportunity to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Mr. Verges goes on to explain the program's approach to utilize existing institutions, particularly the over-the-counter public market, within the program's strategy. The Webcast presentation includes examples of NewMarket's Greenfield Partnership Program progress.

The NewMarket Webcast has been timed in conjunction with NewMarket and other Greenfield Partners' participation in the Microsoft World Partner Conference (http://digitalwpc.com/) being held this week in Washington, D.C. July 11-15. Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the United States of America, will speak at the Conference Wednesday, July 14 on "Embracing our Common Humanity".
