(NVAE) Savanna East Africa Announces Greenfield OTC Investment Strategy Tutorial for Investors and Entrepreneurs

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - February 16, 2011) - Savanna East Africa, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) today announced a Webcast scheduled for release tomorrow, February 17th from the NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) Greenfield Partnership Program to present an over-the-counter market investment strategy tutorial. The Webcast is targeted at both novice and advanced OTC investors as well as entrepreneurs seeking growth capital from the OTC Private Investment in Pubic Equity (PIPE) market.

"The good news for OTC investors should be that average share prices are up according to OTCBB statistics," said Philip Verges, founder of the Greenfield Partnership Program. "However, I would not suggest an investment strategy based on an OTCBB increasing price per share trend. While the average OTCBB price per share increased approximately 35% in 2010 compared to 2009, the number of securities traded on the OTCBB decreased by almost 30%. The number of market makers per OTCBB security is down 67% from January 2010 to January 2011. The number of total positions held in OTCBB securities is down 72%. Nevertheless, total share volume and dollar volume is up. The OTC environment is changing dramatically. Both OTC investors and entrepreneurial management teams need to review the changing OTC landscape and correspondingly update their go to market strategies."

The Greenfield Partnership Program was launched more than a year ago to support entrepreneurial, high growth companies in achieving their operational and business objectives and has been instrumental in assisting member companies with fundraising and market penetration.

Over the past half year, LTC Torno has also traveled with Savanna East Africa to lead meetings during the Company's Trade Mission to Kenya last October and most recently with the Kenyan Ministry of Housing in New York City. Savanna and Kenya Ministry of Housing Update Webcast
Savanna and the NewMarket Greenfield Program recently released a Webcast reporting on meetings held in New York City in January with Kenya's Ministry of Housing and the National Housing Corporation of Kenya.

The Kenya Ministry of Housing has launched a slum upgrade project (KENSUP) that has already piloted a relocation of Kibera slum residents to a temporary housing area pending a tear down and rebuild of their former housing facilities. NewMarket, Savanna East Africa and Vita Developments (www.vitadev.org) are partnering in Kenya in an effort to contribute to and accelerate the Ministry of Housing's slum upgrade project.
