A NewMarket Greenfield Partnership Program privately held participant company in Honduras is facilitating the construction financing of a 119 unit affordable home community outside Tegucigalpa, Honduras while Vita Developments and Mountain Movers raise charitable donations to build the supporting infrastructure, such as the community market center and school, that is necessary to keep poverty from simply being recycled into the new community.
