(NWMT) NewMarket and UNISDR Program in Kenya With (NVAE) Savanna East Africa, (NUBL) NuMobile and (CCTR) China Crescent Featured on MSNBC.com

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - December 6, 2010) - NewMarket Technology, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWMT) (OTCQB: NWMT) today announced that news on its Greenfield Partnership Program and a United Nations International Strategy for Disaster Reduction (www.unisdr.org) pilot program in Kenya has been featured on MSNBC.com (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/40491065/).

NewMarket's Greenfield Partnership Program and Savanna East Africa, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: NVAE) (OTCQB: NVAE) recently hosted a Trade Mission to Kenya, where Savanna East Africa focuses, and a UNISDR Private Sector Disaster Risk Reduction Pilot Program this past October.

Last week, Savanna East Africa announced the first of three acquisitions anticipated before year-end . Earlier this year, Savanna launched a business plan expansion strategy directed at acquiring and developing a portfolio of high growth potential operations in Africa. The acquisition last week marks the first acquisition after months of preparation, and management anticipates rapidly executing two additional acquisitions. The three acquisitions are expected to substantially contribute to the Company's $10 million in revenue anticipated in 2011.

Kenya Trade Mission

The October Trade Mission began with a welcome from the Kenya Investment Authority (www.investmentkenya.com). During the Trade Mission, team members conducted a series of educational seminars for entrepreneurs including an introduction to capital markets and early and development stage best practices in high growth markets. Approximately 200 entrepreneurs attended the conference with several entrepreneurs pre-qualified by the Kenya ICT Board (www.ict.go.ke) presenting their business plans to the Trade Mission team. Kenya ICT Board is focused on promoting Kenya as an ICT destination while increasing the country's skilled labor pool and socio-economic enrichment of Kenyan society. The CEOs of China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. (OTCBB: CCTR) and NewMarket Technology and the incoming CEO of NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) also joined the trade mission delegation to develop opportunities in East Africa for their respective companies. China Crescent and NuMobile are both participants in the Greenfield Partnership Program along with Savanna East Africa.

Last week, NuMobile announced the acquisition of Kruze Technologies, Ltd. in Nairobi, Kenya following the Trade Mission. This is the first of two acquisitions planned to establish a foothold for NuMobile in the rapidly growing Mobile Banking market in Africa.

UNISDR Pilot Program

The UNISDR joined the Trade Mission in October for a pilot program intended to stimulate small business investment in high growth potential enterprises and to urge private sector innovation and investment aimed at reducing disaster risk.
