NWP Services Corporation Announces Agreement With The Training Factor

Company Expands Courseware for Multifamily Training Central to Deliver Additional Online Training Programs for Multifamily Housing Professionals

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - October 13, 2009) - NWP Services Corporation (NWP) today announced an agreement with The Training Factor, expanding online training courseware and programs for multifamily housing professionals delivered through the company's advanced learning management system (LMS) platform called Multifamily Training Central (MTC).

"We are pleased to be working with The Training Factor to integrate new training content and courseware into Multifamily Training Central," said Angela Rodebaugh, Director of Training and Web Services for NWP. "MTC already offers a robust training curriculum designed to advance a property management professional's knowledge regarding utility expense reduction and conservation programs and practices, and we are responding to a desire by our customers to broaden the scope of the courseware we offer to include critical training elements in all areas of property management such as sales and leasing, management skills, leadership, maintenance, fair housing and sexual harassment subjects among others," added Rodebaugh.

Multifamily Training Central is a web-based training platform that cuts the cost associated with traditional training methods by delivering training via advanced training technologies, custom training services and 24/7 access to courseware for clients. MTC offers a variety of tools and a curriculum of self guided on-demand training tutorials with integrated quiz questions linked to a Progress Tracker for management reporting. Upon completing their prescribed coursework, trainees are provided completion certificates online. The MTC training curriculum will feature twenty-three plus courses in all, delivering a complete and cost-effective online training solution for multifamily property management professionals. The benefit for customers translates into operational cost savings, especially travel and meeting expense and increased productivity/performance gained through having a fully trained property management team equipped with improved skills and broader knowledge base.

"We are pleased to assist NWP with their training content and learning portal. It is our goal to offer exciting and engaging training to the multifamily industry," said Mechelle Flowers, President of The Training Factor. "We strive to improve the skill sets of all multifamily professionals while enabling management companies to reduce their training expenses and improve their bottom lines," added Flowers.
