In addition to a new look and improved navigation, the site offers enhanced online support and functionality for NWP's customers, including; portfolio and property overview pages, interactive COMPASS billing program performance reports and scorecards, improved billing program management tools and online help features. The site also provides updated corporate, investor and product information.

NWP's website and COMPASS reports were built in cooperation with Accenture with whom NWP has a strategic relationship; Avanade Inc., a global IT solutions consultancy; and using Microsoft's SharePoint Portal Server technology. The website is housed in a state-of-the-art AT&T data center, resulting in a secure, reliable site with high speed performance and overall functionality.
