NWT Uranium Announces Resignation of President and CEO, John Lynch


TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 23, 2012) - NWT Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NWT) (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors has accepted the resignation of John Lynch as President and Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. David Subotic, currently a director of the Company, has been appointed interim President and Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Lynch is leaving to pursue other interests. The Board of Directors of the Company thanks Mr. Lynch for four years of dedicated leadership and his tireless efforts in positioning NWT Uranium for future growth. He was able to excel operating in the dual roles of President and Chief Executive Officer and was a valued member of the Board. We wish him all the best in his future endeavor.
