NWT Uranium Announces Results of Its Annual and Special Shareholder Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 28, 2014) - NWT Uranium Corp. (The "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NWT) (FRANKFURT:NMV) is pleased to announce that all matters were passed by shareholders at its annual and special shareholders meeting held on July 24, 2014 (the "Meeting"). The Corporation would also like to congratulate Messieurs Zorbas, Tsubouchi, Kloepper and Appleby for their appointment to the Corporation's board of directors.

The Corporation would like to correct its disclosure regarding Mr. Tsubouchi in its information circular dated June 16, 2014. It was incorrectly stated that Mr. Tsubouchi was a partner with Fogler Rubinoff, LLP. Mr. Tsubouchi ceased being a partner with Fogler Rubinoff LLP in early 2014.
