(TSX VENTURE:NWT)(OTCBB:NWURF)(FRANKFURT:NMV) ("NWT" or "The Company") is pleased to announce that it has exercised its warrants in NWM Mining Corp ("NWM"). The warrants were exercised at $0.10 per share, entitling NWT to receive 7,500,000 common shares of NWM.
