As part of the ongoing strategy of NXT, the Company is pleased to announce the formation of our Geosciences Advisory Board. The board's mandate is to expand the industry acceptance and application of SFD Survey System as well as to advance the understanding of the underlying science.

Mr. George Iusco, Dr. Arief Budiman and Mr. Leslie Kende have accepted positions on our Geosciences Advisory Board.

Mr. Iusco of Houston, Texas heads up New Ventures (Latin America) for Repsol YPF. He is an explorationist with thirty plus years of experience in the petroleum industry. Mr. Iusco has held senior positions with Gulf Oil, Exxon and PDVSA with extensive exploration experience in Venezuela, Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia, Trinidad, Central America, Argentina, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Middle East, North Sea, West Africa, Rocky Mountains, California, Alaska and the Gulf Coast. He is an expert in evaluating complex structural and stratigraphic settings, integrating geophysical and geological technologies in order to detect, rank and evaluate new prospective areas and formulate new exploration strategies. Mr. Iusco received a MS. in Geology from the University of Bucharest and a MS in Geophysics from the Petroleum Institute Bucharest Romania.

Dr. Budiman of Calgary, Alberta received his Ph.D. in materials science and engineering in 2002 from the University of Toronto. He received a B.A.Sc. (1993) and a M.Sc. (1996) in mechanical engineering from the University of Toronto. His previous researches were on atomic structures of Si(001) surfaces, quantum cellular automata devices, morphology of semiconductor quantum dots, and photothermal spectroscopy. His more recent research interests are coupling of seismic and electromagnetic waves in geological layers, structural ordering in porous alumina, and metallurgy and properties of steel alloys. He has more than 15 peer-reviewed publications. He is an associate professor at the Schulich School of Engineering, University of Calgary, and has a microcredit business in Indonesia, providing loans to very small businesses. Dr. Budiman is a member of the American Physical Society and is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA.

Mr. Kende of Calgary, Alberta is Vice President New Ventures of Pengrowth Management Limited. From 2003 to 2007 he was a Vice President and Director of Acquisitions and Divestitures at Tristone Capital, taking an active role in over $5 billion worth of divestitures, advisory work and financings. While at Tristone Mr. Kende's responsibilities included technical workups, presentations and due diligence on financings. Mr. Kende has held a variety of production and reservoir engineering positions of increasing responsibility, starting in 1990 with Amoco / Crestar and including Pinnacle Resources, Cabre Exploration and bp Canada. He received a B.Sc. Honours in Applied Science (Geophysics) from Queen's University in 1990 and an MBA Summa Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University in 1998. Mr. Kende is a professional engineer registered with APEGGA.
