OBN Holdings Signs Deal to Distribute Products in Caribbean

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - May 24, 2010) -  OBN Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: OBNI) today announces that it has signed an agreement with 4G Holdings Ltd., to distribute Kyodo USA products throughout the Caribbean. Under the terms of the agreement, 4G Holdings will serve as the exclusive representative of Kyodo USA, OBN Holdings' wholly owned subsidiary, and proactively market products distributed by the company as well as identify new distribution opportunities in the region. "We are extremely excited about working with 4G Holdings," stated Roger Neal Smith, OBN Holdings President and CEO. "We expect to begin shipping products very soon, and estimate sales in the Caribbean to exceed $2 million this year."

Products initially being marketed in the area include wine, Japanese sake, clothing and household goods. OBN is also in the process of developing its own brands for distribution.
