FOUNTAIN VALLEY, CA--(Marketwire - Jul 2, 2012) - Organizers of the Orange County Chocolate Festival have announced that the 3rd annual OC Chocolate Festival will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orange County in Garden Grove, a new location to accommodate the growth of the event.

"The Orange County Chocolate Festival ( has grown over the past two years, and it is exciting that we have expanded to the 17,000 square foot Grand Ballroom of the Hyatt Regency, to accommodate more exhibitors and attendees at this year's event. Our goal is to make this one of the top chocolate destinations with an abundance of all types of chocolates, top chocolate pastry chefs and much more," said Clark Bevans of the management group for the Orange County Chocolate Festival.

The 2012 Orange County Chocolate Festival will be held Saturday, November 3, 2012, in the ballroom of The Hyatt Regency Orange County at Harbor and Chapman in Garden Grove. The festival is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. A separate VIP Reception, including casino night, will be held Friday, November 2, 2012 from 7 to 11 p.m.

"This new location will give us greater opportunities to bring a wide assortment of chocolate and wine samples to those attending the show," said Bevans. The 2012 OC Chocolate Festival will also feature a "Kidz Zone," live music, and top Chocolatiers demonstrating inside secrets.

The festival was first launched in 2010 by Fountain Valley Living Magazine. Lynn Seeden, publisher of the magazine, created the concept of the Orange County Chocolate Festival, and oversaw its growth for the first two years. "We are pleased that the Orange County Chocolate Festival has gained the support that it has, and that it has grown to the point where it needs to expand to a larger location," said Seeden.
