OceanFreight Inc. Announces Date for the Release of Second Quarter 2011 Results

ATHENS, GREECE--(Marketwire - Aug 22, 2011) - OceanFreight Inc. (NASDAQ: OCNF), a global provider of seaborne transportation services, today announced that it will release its results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011 after the close of the market in New York on Tuesday, August 23, 2011.

About OceanFreight Inc.
OceanFreight is an owner and operator of drybulk vessels that operate worldwide. OceanFreight owns a fleet of six vessels, comprised of six drybulk vessels (four Capesize and two Panamaxes) and has contracted to purchase five newbuilding Very Large Ore Carriers (VLOC) with a combined deadweight tonnage of about 1.9 million tons.
