OCI Announces Details of Interim Cash Dividend Distribution

Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) has announced today that pursuant
to the approval of the Company's Board of Directors dated 15 September
2011 to distribute US$ 1.10 per ordinary share, please be advised of
the following relevant dates:

Ordinary Shares:


   * Record Date: Sunday 2 October 2011

   * Payment Date: Wednesday 5 October 2011


Global Depository Receipts (GDRs):
   * Record Date: Friday 30 September 2011

   * Payment Date: Wednesday 12 October 2011

Ratio of GDR to Local Shares:  1 GDR = 1 local share

GDR holders are requested to contact Bank of New York Mellon for
further details regarding payment of the cash dividends.
