OCI Concludes Transaction with the International Finance Corporation

Orascom Construction Industries (OCI) announced today its intention to transfer 1,149,425 (one million one hundred forty-nine thousand four hundred twenty-five) Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) to International Finance Corporation (IFC) as part of a debt and equity investment package announced on 30 July 2011.

The GDRs will be transferred at a price of US$ 43.50 per GDR and the transfer will be effected upon timely satisfaction of all conditions precedent and conclusion of the required legal procedures.
