Odyssey Completes Sampling, Prepares For Drilling In Morocco

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 21, 2005) - Avrom E. Howard, President and CEO of Odyssey Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:ODX) reports that the Company has completed a preliminary sampling program of tailings at two past-productive copper-silver deposits lying within its nearly 600 square kilometer Anti Atlas copper-silver property. Twenty-two samples were collected, twelve from Asif Imider and ten from Imn Irfi, for a total of 72.5 kilograms. This includes samples across the surface as well as continuous interval samples down the face of the piles in order to obtain a preliminary cross section of them. The samples were shipped to Florin Analytical Services in Reno, Nevada for copper and silver analysis, following which preliminary metallurgical testing will be undertaken by Florin's affiliate company, Kappes, Cassiday and Associates. These tests and analyses will help determine the possible economic value of the tailings, which if positive will be followed by more detailed sampling, an Independent Resource Estimate and follow up Scoping Study.

Concurrently, preparations are underway for drilling at Alous, the largest of the known copper-silver deposits in the Anti Atlas property (please refer to the Company's news release dated Jan. 5, 2005). A minimum 1,000 meter reverse circulation program is planned, to verify historic drilling in the A, B and C zones of the deposit. The larger volume, better homogenized samples obtainable through reverse circulation drilling are anticipated to provide more accurate and representative results than those that were obtained from the small diameter core holes drilled by Occidental Minerals in the 1960s. Morocco hosts a number of private drilling companies offering both core and reverse circulation drilling services, two of which have already visited the property and will be submitting bids shortly. Quality control preparations are underway, as well, with sets of blanks and standards for blind insertion in to the sample stream having been selected and shipped for analysis. The Company plans to begin drilling in January 2006

Ongoing field work continues to reveal new sediment and volcanic-hosted copper-silver occurrences across the Anti Atlas and related geologic provinces of southern Morocco. Odyssey geologists continue to develop the Company's geologic model for this region along with advancing known occurrences and deposits, and delineating new copper-silver targets.
