Odyssey Software Adopting Channel-Centric Sales Model

Selling Exclusively Through OEMs, ISVs and VARs Will Raise Customer Satisfaction Levels for Leading Mobile Device Management Solutions Provider

ROCHESTER, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 20, 2006 -- Odyssey Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise-class remote device management solutions for all Microsoft Windows Mobile- and CE.NET-based platforms, announced today it is adopting a channel-centric sales model. Moving to this structure, Odyssey will now sell its software exclusively through partner channels consisting of OEMs, ISVs and VARs.

In addition to the fulfillment channels, Odyssey will continue to leverage its products with platform partners that provide and support the Microsoft Windows Mobile and CE.NET mobile device platforms.
