I Love Rewards Inc. (www.iloverewards.com), helmed by CEO Razor Suleman, celebrated their achievements over the past year with a party the likes of which are envied by companies double and triple their size.

"Jazzed Up", an in-office affair hosted by City TV personality Farah Nasser, attracted over 200 VIP guests, clients and well-wishers to the I Love Rewards InCenter in Toronto Wednesday night. The soiree featured a "RedPoint-ini Lounge" where guests sampled I Love Rewards' signature cocktail, and the sounds of a live jazz band wafted through the InCenter corridors as guests toured the newly decorated facilities.

It's not just the party I Love Rewards' competitors would like to duplicate. This 38-person team has managed to win media attention and industry accolades from across the country.

I Love Rewards was named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers and one of the GTA's Top 50 Employers of 2007, and ranked #12 on PROFIT Magazine's list of Fastest-Growing Companies in Canada.

In addition, CEO Razor Suleman has been keeping busy with television appearances on CH Morning Live and Workopolis TV, and the company has recently been profiled in local and national newspapers and magazines.

"It's great that word is getting out there about I Love Rewards, and that people are recognizing and responding to what we're doing," said Suleman as he addressed Jazzed Up attendees. "We wanted to invite you here to thank you for all you've done to get us this far, and also to show off a little bit."

As Suleman's favourite saying goes, culture is king at I Love Rewards. Every wall of the InCenter is emblazoned with motivational quotes from business gurus, and each office has a creative moniker, from the Marketing department "Beach House" to the "Garage" that hosts I Love Rewards' daily meetings.

"We wanted to create a work environment that truly reflects who we are, and we wanted people to be able to come in and really experience it for themselves," said Suleman.

During preparation for "Jazzed Up", I Love Rewards employees were treated to an "Un-Birthday" celebration as a thank you from Suleman, where gifts from iPods to Nintendo DS Lite gaming systems were distributed. "We work hard to build a great culture, but you can't do it without great people," said Suleman. "We're known as one of the best places in Canada to work, but we're one of the most successful companies too- that's a testament to the people we have." And gifts are part of the package as an employee. "As a rewards and recognition program provider, we practice what we preach." Suleman smiled, gesturing to the large group of Jazzed Up attendees. "And, as you can see, it works."
