OfficeDrop Online Document Management Integrates With FreshBooks

CAMBRIDGE, MA--(Marketwire - February 25, 2010) -  OfficeDrop, the award-winning document scanning and document management service previously known as Pixily, announced a new integration with the online billing system, FreshBooks. FreshBooks users can now link paper and digital files to FreshBooks invoices, time entries, estimates and more. Important documents will only be a click away for FreshBooks users and their clients.

By utilizing the new FreshBooks integration feature, customers are now able to attach documents (or folders of documents) stored in OfficeDrop directly to an invoice, estimate or other items made within FreshBooks. When the invoice is sent it will include a link to OfficeDrop where the client can view, text-search and download files.

FreshBooks has done a great job simplifying billing by bringing it to an online platform. The OfficeDrop integration strengthens this concept by centralizing all of the business documents that would otherwise have to be shared outside of FreshBooks, unifying the online billing experience.

Users will first need to sign up for an OfficeDrop account to attach documents to invoices, but no account is necessary for those receiving the invoice or other document.
