OGA Breaks Ground on Seven Medical Facilities Spanning Five States in June

Outpatient Buildings Totaling Over 47,000 Square Feet, Located From Georgia to Michigan, Now Underway


NASHVILLE, TN--(Marketwired - Jun 24, 2013) -  OGA, a national full service real estate services and development company, has broken ground on seven new outpatient clinics in Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Michigan and South Carolina. In total, the projects represent 47,171 square feet of medical space with cumulative project costs of $12,637,000.

The new facilities will be located in Bluffton, South Carolina; Columbus, Georgia; Indianapolis, Indiana; Jasper, Alabama; Phenix City, Alabama; Roscommon, Michigan; and Warm Springs, Georgia.

The Bluffton facility, a 6,530-square-foot dialysis clinic, broke ground earlier this month. The ground-up project is located at Okatie Center Blvd in Bluffton, and has a project cost of $2,124,000.

In Columbus , the new 6,138-square-foot building is being built at Shelby Street. Construction cost for the facility is $1,808,000.

The Indianapolis building is a 6,824-square-foot dialysis facility with a project cost of $1,900,000. The new building is located near Community East Hospital at 1208 North Arlington Avenue in Indianapolis.

The facility in Jasper is also a dialysis clinic, a 6,155-square-foot building located at 6th Avenue. The project cost is $1,681,000.

In Phenix City, the 9,165-square-foot building is a relocation of an existing dialysis clinic. The new facility is located adjacent to Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital on River Chase Drive, with a construction cost of $2,072,000.

With land purchased from Village of Roscommon, the $1,374,000 Roscommon dialysis facility is 5,980 square feet. It is located at M-18 Highway and South Line Road.

The Warm Springs facility, also a dialysis clinic, broke ground on June 10. It is a 6,379 square foot building located at White House Parkway. The construction costs are $1,678,000.
