Ogilvy CommonHealth Takes the Dais Twice at Medical Advertising Hall of Fame's Young Executives Night Out

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2014) -  Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide (www.ogilvychww.com), the health behavior experts of Ogilvy & Mather (www.ogilvy.com), today announced that Scott Watson, EVP, Chief Creative Officer, and Shaun Urban, Managing Partner, will lead two sessions at Young Executives Night Out, an educational event held by the Medical Advertising Hall of Fame (MAHF), on October 9 at Convene convention center in New York City.

Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide is a WPP company (NASDAQ: WPPGY) (www.wpp.com). The organization houses and maintains individual Ogilvy CommonHealth and Ogilvy Healthworld brand identities within the marketplace.

MAHF was founded in 1996 to honor men and women who have made significant contributions to the medical advertising profession. It also serves to document the history of the industry and attract next-generation talent. Young Executives Night Out is only in its third year, but after positive feedback from previous years' occasions, MAHF was eager to host the event again. Attendees are typically professionals who have been in the healthcare communications business for an average of two to four years. Sessions are small, with about 30 people per room, allowing for intimate, college-like exchanges.

This year will mark Mr. Watson's third appearance on the MAHF program schedule. He is an attendee favorite who received high praise for his MAHF session last fall. Mr. Watson's program, titled "Award-Winning Creativity," will deconstruct some of the top creative work in the industry, highlighting for attendees the elements that comprise standout creativity. The session will dissect each aspect of what comprises a great advertisement.

Mr. Urban will lead a session titled "Client Problem Solving." In the assembly, Mr. Urban will address working with clients, particularly highlighting how to handle client relationships that are especially challenging. Common issues to be highlighted include challenges like "impossible" project requests and how to deal with client requests that fall outside the scope of a job. Mr. Urban will field questions and problems from the audience and teach participants ways in which they might tackle these everyday challenges.

The event will also include seminars on digital engagement, developing your personal brand, selling the work, and content marketing.
