Ms. Oweis will be joining the New Jersey-based client-development team and will be responsible for fostering global client partnerships across all lines of capabilities within the OCHWW organization. Ms. Oweis has been with OCHWW for more than 5 years, working at the network's medical education division based in London, both in an operational capacity and as a senior strategic client partner. She believes in driving value by unleashing ideas, spurring collaboration, and solving client problems through talent and innovation. In her new role, Ms. Oweis will continue to oversee the global client management teams while harnessing the network's talent, products, and services to solve client challenges on a global scale.
Ms. Oweis has more than 10 years of experience working in healthcare communications. Throughout her career, she has provided strategic consultation and supported tactical execution across a variety of types of programs throughout product lifecycles. She has worked in a number of therapeutic categories, including: oncology; autoimmune diseases; pain management; cardiology; diabetes; and women's health; among many others. Ms. Oweis has supported her clients' brands at global, European, Asia Pacific, Latin American, and national levels. Her extensive experience covers all aspects of the communications mix, including: strategic planning; opinion leader partnership development; differentiation and positioning; scientific communications and publications planning; large-scale disease awareness campaigns; speaker development programs; launch campaigns; marketing support; as well as sales force and MSL training programs. She brings a combination of scientific and creative expertise, hands-on practical experience, and an unwavering enthusiasm for overcoming the challenges that face clients in building global brands of value. Ms. Oweis earned her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, and has experience in retail and hospital pharmacy practice.
