New Hires
Joining Ogilvy Healthworld as executive group director, Paul Steiner will be responsible for fostering current client relationships and new business development for the agency. Mr. Steiner comes to the organization with four years' experience in patient and physician care as senior vice president, director of CRM at Draft FCB, a communications agency in New York.

Dorsey Montenecourt comes to Ogilvy Healthworld as an associate creative director. Ms. Montenecourt will lead all copywriting efforts on both print and interactive initiatives for her assigned accounts. Prior to joining Ogilvy Healthworld as a staff employee, Ms. Montenecourt was employed as a freelance copywriter.

Promotions
Nami Choe has been elevated to partner, senior director, consulting from her prior position as partner, director. Ms. Choe will lead the consulting and analytic practices for Ogilvy Healthworld, including exploring new segmentations, channels and platforms for healthcare media.

With Ogilvy Healthworld for twelve years, Andrew Marber has been promoted from partner, senior copywriter to associate creative director. Mr. Marber will be in charge of translating marketing objectives with the internal account team, developing and executing promotional materials, and assisting in directing and enhancing the efforts of his creative team.

Terrence Lai has been advanced from senior manager, marketing consulting and analytics to associate director, marketing consulting and analytics. Mr. Lai will lead strategic development and optimization for his delegated marketing programs, ensuring all campaigns meet clients' needs.

Carolina Amaya, an Ogilvy Healthworld employee for more than four years, has elevated from senior account executive to account supervisor. In her new role, Ms. Amaya will lead the execution of her assigned projects, including the development and implementation of websites and social media campaigns for her clients.

Michelle McGibbon has risen from senior account executive to account supervisor. In her new position, Ms. McGibbon will provide her clients with strategic and tactical insights for their brands as well mentor her account team. Ms. McGibbon has been an employee at Ogilvy Healthworld for almost five years.

Katie Congress has been promoted from account executive to senior account executive. Her new responsibilities include supervising her teams in the development of creative campaigns including print, digital, radio and mobile. Ms. Congress has been with Ogilvy Healthworld for more than three years and recently concluded a stint in the group's Paris office.
