Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide's Digital Team Continues Growth With Senior-Level New Hires and a Promotion From Within

PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwired - Jun 3, 2015) - Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide (, the health behavior change specialists of Ogilvy & Mather (, and a WPP company (NASDAQ: WPPGY) (, today announced three new hires and one promotion within the network's US-based digital team.

New Hires 
After an eight-year hiatus from the company, Russell Grimaldi has rejoined the Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide organization as EVP, client engagement/customized solutions. Leveraging decades of experience across virtually all segments and channels in healthcare communications, Russell will work closely with the Digital Skill Center as well as OCHWW's Connecticut-based market access group to develop integrated, cross-functional innovative solutions to meet the ever-evolving needs of clients in this dynamic marketplace. Prior to rejoining OCHWW, Mr. Grimaldi was a partner at HealthTalker LLC, a word-of-mouth marketing agency located in Chatham, NJ.

Chris Cullmann has also returned to the network as SVP, director of engagement strategy in the Parsippany, NJ office. In his new role, Mr. Cullmann will build upon his seven-plus years of experience with OCHWW to maximize the impact of web, mobile, social, and interactive media marketing for superior brand communications. Additionally, he will be working with internal planning, research, technology, creative, and account teams to identify opportunities for new innovations and to develop best practices for reaching pharma marketers' customers. Prior to coming back to OCHWW, Mr. Cullmann was the director of digital strategy for Coyne PR, a public relations firm in Parsippany.

Jonathan Ziegel has signed on with the digital team in the New York office as VP, engagement strategy. As such, Mr. Ziegel will oversee user experience and digital strategy across the agency's brands. He brings with him more than a decade of healthcare marketing experience, and a heightened focus on social media. Mr. Ziegel was previously VP, digital strategy at inVentiv Digital+Innovation, an agency located in New York City.

Martha Walz, out of the Parsippany office, has been promoted from senior content strategist to VP, content strategy. In her new position, Ms. Walz will be tasked with building content architecture, strengthening the role of both visual and text-based content, and ensuring clients' brands are discoverable in new media. Ms. Walz has tenured with the organization for the past three years and in that time has authored white papers and perspective pieces covering topics including the FDA's social media guidelines, Apple's ResearchKit mobile science platform, and the role of mobile platforms for pharmaceutical brands.
