Oil-Dri Names Ron Cravens Vice President and General Manager of Animal Health and Nutrition Business

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - June 16, 2008) - Oil-Dri Corporation of America today announced
that Ron Cravens has been named Vice President and General Manager of the
Company's animal health and nutrition division. Cravens will lead the
global team to develop strategic approaches for profitable revenue
generation.

Cravens has served as President and CEO of Novartis Animal Vaccines, Inc.
in Overland, Kansas and has also held senior level marketing positions with
Pfizer Animal Health and product development positions with Smithkline
Beecham Animal Health in New York and Pennsylvania. Cravens holds degrees
in Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Health and Animal Science from
Colorado State University.
