OmniComm Systems, Inc. Expands Its Business Development and Clinical Services and Support Team in US and Europe

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 10, 2006 --OmniComm Systems, Inc. (OTC BB: OMCM), one of the fastest growing companies in the EDC marketplace, announced today that due to accelerating sales and adoption of the TrialMaster eClinical suite of products and services, the following promotions and additions have been implemented.

Mr. Mark Rice has been promoted to Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Rice is located in the San Diego area. Ms. Kim Tiefenbach has been promoted to Regional Vice President, Business Development and is located in the Philadelphia area. "Mark and Kim have been Instrumental in leading the business development effort over the last several years and are largely responsible for the addition of many new clients during this time of breakthrough sales performance," said Rusty Beardsley, OmniComm's Executive Vice President of Commercial Development.
