Omninet Offers Received From Prospective Merger Partners

SANTA ANA, CA--(Marketwire - August 15, 2007) - Omninet, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: ONMC) today announced that it is in receipt of business plans from four (4) different prospective merger partners and will begin the process of qualifying one potential partner to merge with.

At this point with just a brief review of documents, clearly on the bases of assets, revenues and market potential, one business plan or proposal stands far above the other three proposals received.

Mr. Jesse Rodriguez, elected interim Chairman and CEO, says, "We are excited by the response and quality of the proposals and business plans received to date. Through the process of qualifying the final merger partner, creating shareholder value is the center of our focus and will be achieved."
