Omniture Adds Former Macromedia VP to Its Leadership Team

Ned Sizer Joins Omniture as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis

OREM, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 19, 2006 -- Omniture, the leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the recent appointment of Ned Sizer as vice president of financial planning and analysis. Reporting directly to Omniture's CFO, Mike Herring, Sizer is responsible for world-wide budgeting, forecasting, organizational performance reporting and additional reporting metrics that drive company growth and expansion. In addition, he will manage and lead target-setting efforts to set qualitative and quantitative functional and departmental business objectives.
