Omniture Appoints Former RichFX Vice President to Sales Leadership Team

Stephen Frieder Joins Omniture's Award-Winning Sales Team as Vice President of Sales for the Eastern U.S. Region

OREM, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 4, 2007 -- Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the appointment of Stephen Frieder as vice president of sales. In this role, Frieder will be responsible for leading and driving sales activities in the eastern region of the United States and will report directly to Wolfgang Maasberg, Omniture vice president of sales for North America.

Frieder's appointment adds to the company's reputation as one of the world's most effective sales organizations. The Omniture sales team has won Stevie® Awards -- hailed as "the business world's own Oscars" by the New York Post (April 27, 2005) -- for 'Best Sales Organization' in 2004 and 2005, and for 'Global Sales Leader' in 2006.

Prior to RichFX, Frieder was vice president of sales at LPI Inc. where he helped increase sales by over 500 percent from 1994 to 1999.
