Omniture Cultivates Customer Success With Launch of Regional User Groups

Omniture Brings Their Customer Community Together Through Localized Educational and Networking Opportunities

OREM, UT -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 20, 2006 -- Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced the successful launch of their regional customer user group program, developed to provide Omniture clients with additional hands-on opportunities to hone their Web analytics practices and network with other members of the Omniture community. Held in six major cities across the United States, more than 300 marketing and business professionals representing 178 companies attended the free user groups to learn best practices, share ideas and discuss experiences regarding the most effective ways to leverage Omniture's solutions for their online channels.

"Interacting with peers from other organizations and hearing about their ideas and experiences adds another valuable dimension to our relationship with Omniture," said Christal Condon, director of online marketing at Home Décor Products Inc. "Learning how others have applied Web analytics technology to solve business challenges has provided additional perspective about the competitive advantage one can achieve by implementing an analytics driven online strategy."

Moderated by Omniture professionals, attendees of the user groups not only learn how to better optimize their online strategies, but also gain additional insight into current and new product features. The user groups also include customer case study presentations and a Q&A session designed to generate discussions about lessons learned and problems solved during real-world application.

Omniture's User Groups are currently held in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and Seattle -- but, Omniture is planning on adding more locations to the schedule in the future.

"Building on the success of our annual customer summit earlier this year, we are excited to localize the expanding Omniture community by creating a resource and forum for our customers and partners to share ideas, experiences and expertise with one another," said Josh James, CEO and co-founder of Omniture. "Providing an environment where Web analytics professionals can network and share knowledge will not only be of great benefit to our clients, but will naturally generate the innovative thought that drives our company to continue to pioneer the technological advancements in the online business optimization industry."
