Omniture and Lithium Technologies Partner to Integrate Social Media Into Web Analytics

The partnership, Omniture's first with a social media platform vendor, enhances companies' customer intelligence by providing them with a more holistic view of user behavior across their entire Web presence, including communities.

Customer communities drive high levels of engagement and generate rich customer data generally not available elsewhere because they are typically more interactive and personalized than other parts of a corporate Web site.
