Omniture Named a Market Leader by Independent Research Firm Due to Its Comprehensive Suite of Products, Training and Client Services

To compile the report, Forrester conducted extensive research, hand-picking the top nine analytics vendors to be evaluated against 106 criteria. The criteria was grouped into three high-level areas: Current Offering, Strategy and Market Presence, then vendors were scored on a scale of zero to five -- five representing the highest score. Overall, Omniture consistently scored well in each of the three categories, scoring particularly well in the sub-categories of Product Capabilities, Service and Support, Product Direction, Commitment and International Presence.
