OmniUpdate Achieves Record Growth for 2014

New Sales VP, Year-Over-Year Increased Number of New Customers, Sales of New v10 Platform Modules, and Third University Business Top Product Award End a Great Year

CAMARILLO, CA--(Marketwired - Jan 15, 2015) - OmniUpdate, the leading web content management system (CMS) and digital marketing solutions provider for higher education, announced today that 2014 was yet again another year of record growth. Higher year-over-year new customer additions and increased sales of modules to existing customers drove the highest level of performance in the company's history.

During the past year, the company migrated the majority of their customers to version 10 of their OU Campus™ CMS. This new platform version with open APIs allows for easier external development and integration, and for the addition of new module sales that included robust digital marketing solutions such as email marketing and blogs. Gadgets for the product are also now being developed by customers and shared within the OmniUpdate community. 

With features and capabilities valued by the higher education community, OU Campus was once again voted a Top Product for 2014 by University Business readers. OmniUpdate also won a Silver Stevie® Award for 2014 Customer Service Department of the Year.

In December, Jason Taylor joined the OmniUpdate organization as Vice President of Sales. He previously spent the majority of his career at IBM, where he held a number of sales and sales leadership positions in Canada, the United States, and Europe and received a number of prestigious sales awards. At OmniUpdate, Jason will be responsible for developing and executing the company's go-to-market strategy, as well as growing customer and partner relationships.
