ON24 Announces Expansion of Global Sales Organization

Leading Provider of Webcasting and Rich Media Marketing Solutions Delivers Over 40% More Online Events Worldwide in 2007

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - May 14, 2008) - ON24, Inc., the global leader in webcasting and rich media marketing solutions, today announced the expansion of the company's North American and European sales organizations. ON24 has promoted Michael Nelson from Sr. Director of Channel Sales to Vice President of North American Sales while appointing Fergal Burke as Director of Sales, EMEA. With increased sales demand worldwide, this announcement enables ON24 to more effectively and efficiently meet customer needs, as well as aggressively increase revenues and market share.

ON24's webcasting and rich media business delivered over 16,000 streaming audio and video webcasts worldwide in 2007, representing a 40% plus increase. ON24's industrial strength platform eases the process for planning and delivering online events and shows. The company forecasts strong sales growth and opportunities with organizations seeking to reduce costs, such as travel, lodging and food and beverages, via virtual events and shows.

Mr. Nelson will lead the enterprise sales team for the North America region. This includes increasing sales for the company's core webcasting and rich media marketing solutions and establishing and expanding existing channel partnerships. Mr. Nelson will also focus on building the sales team for Insight24, a business-to-business rich media network launched in September 2007.

The EMEA sales organization will be lead by newly hired Mr. Burke, who is charged with growing the sales organization and increasing ON24's footprint in the EMEA region. Most recently he served as Commercial Channels Manager with EMC Corporate.
