One Liberty Properties Announces Dividend

GREAT NECK, NY--(Marketwire - Dec 13, 2011) - One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE: OLP) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.33 per share. The dividend is payable January 4, 2012 to stockholders of record on December 27, 2011. The dividend will be included in part in 2011 taxable income and in the 1099 to be sent to stockholders at the end of January 2012.
