One Liberty Properties Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 10%

GREAT NECK, NY--(Marketwire - December 8, 2010) - One Liberty Properties, Inc. (NYSE: OLP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a 10% increase in its quarterly cash dividend to $0.33 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable January 4, 2011 to stockholders of record on December 23, 2010.
