MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - Nov. 10, 2010) - The Farha Foundation and One Life invite you to attend a unique show while lending your support to a cause that remains ever present in Quebec: the fight against HIV/AIDS. The One Life Benefit Concert will be held at Le National on Wednesday, December 1, starting at 8 p.m. to mark World AIDS Day.

A host of well-known comedians and singers will be performing at this first-time benefit concert which promises to be memorable. Spectators will be entertained by well-know artists Steve Diamond, Les GPS, Eddy King, Luc de Larochellière, the Lewis Dave Band, Michael Mooney (One Life theme singer), Omnikrom, Red October and Andrée Watters.

"We are proud to organize the first edition of this wonderful event in collaboration with the One Life campaign," said Linda Farha, spokesperson and outgoing volunteer President of the Farha Foundation. "The purpose of this event is to raise awareness in a generation that is oblivious to the reality of AIDS. In fact, many seem unaware that in Quebec alone, as many as four people are infected by HIV every day."
