One Week, Four Sites: Corra Launches Miraclesuit, Riddell, BaubleBar and Villa

Companies Enjoy Seamless Transitions to New eCommerce Platforms

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - May 13, 2013) - Corra, a leading provider of eCommerce and multi-channel commerce solutions, today announced the successful launch of new eCommerce sites for four different companies -- Miraclesuit, Riddell, BaubleBar and Villa -- all in one week's time. These launches and re-launches demonstrate Corra's ability to execute seamless Magento deployments, upgrades and re-designs with no service interruptions or complications. Each company's launch is described as follows:

1. Miraclesuit: Figure-flattering and awe-inspiring, Miraclesuit swimwear delivers fit, form and function with style. Every suit is crafted from their unique Miratex fabric to give a woman's body the support, fit and shaping it needs, regardless of her flaws or size. Corra created a custom theme and an array of custom functionality for Miraclesuit including a custom image carousel, a product listing page with dynamic images displayed during mouse-over events, comprehensive color-swatches and an option to sign up for back-in-stock notifications.

2. Riddell: A brand of Easton Bell Sports, Riddell is seen on all NFL helmets. It is also the first brand of six owned by Easton Bell Sports that Corra will upgrade and launch in the coming months. Easton's sites were stranded four versions back due to highly customized code implemented prior to Corra's involvement with the project. The upgrade to the latest version of Magento did not include substantial cosmetic or functional changes, yet despite significant recoding, all existing functionality was preserved. Riddell's site is now thoroughly upgrade-proof. The new site went live without any issues whatsoever cropping up.

3. BaubleBar: The online retailer has a singular mission: to be the ultimate source for fashion jewelry. Like Riddell, BaubleBar's site contained significant amounts of custom code that was not implemented properly by a previous developer, preventing the site from being upgraded to the most recent version of Magento. Corra cleaned up the code, added significant new functionality, and re-launched the site without a hitch.

4. Villa (ruvilla.com): The fast growing urban footwear company had 80 stores in the US but no eCommerce capabilities when they came to Corra. Corra implemented a cutting edge design tailored to Villa's hip, urban clientele, along with many innovative features including: Villa Dollars, a form of virtual currency used towards making purchases on the site; a mini-cart slider that expands for the customer to view items in his/her cart; enlarged images throughout the site and a "find near me" feature that allows the user to find a product in a nearby retail store.

"Launching four different sites in one week with no post-launch issues is a great example of our team's ability to execute many complex projects at once," said Ron Bongo, CEO of Corra. "It's a testament to how we are able to scale our services without sacrificing the attention to detail that we are known for."

"We have had an excellent experience with Corra on Riddell's Magento upgrades, said Kevin Lucier, Global Director, Digital Design & Development COE at Easton Bell Sports. "The approach and process has been quite painless and ran very smoothly from start to finish. The best part is that the EBS team has been able to be hands-off for the most part -- leaving everything to Corra. The execution has been much better than I could have ever imagined"

"Corra's ability to produce high quality sites has been unquestionable," said Brian Nowicki, Creative Director for Miraclebody.com and Miraclesuit.com "Their efficient communication and effective processes throughout the entire course of development have also proven them to be both capable and competent. We have been consistently pleased with the quality of their work, attention to detail, and flexibility in adapting to our ever-changing fast-paced environment."

Corra implements a wide variety of new features for its clients. Many of these additions are intended to enhance the end-user's experience and make the online shopping process simpler and more dynamic. Some of the updates include alerts for users when an out-of-stock product returns to stock, a "find near me" feature which tells customers if a product is in-stock at a nearby physical retail location, and custom shipping attributes to allow each product to have multiple flat shipping rates.
