OneNeck Acquires Ensynch Managed Hosting Data Center Business Unit

Transaction to Expand OneNeck's Hosting Capabilities and Presence in the Southwest

SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - July 7, 2008) - OneNeck IT Services Corporation, the leading ERP outsourcing services provider to mid-market companies, today announced it has acquired the managed hosting business unit from Ensynch, Inc., a leading provider of IT consulting and staffing services.

Since its inception in 2000, Ensynch has focused on serving mid-market to enterprise-level commercial and public sector customers with IT consulting, staffing and managed services. The Ensynch managed hosting business will provide OneNeck with an additional Tier II data center in the Phoenix area and a team of highly skilled technical resources. The transaction also brings one hundred additional mid-market customers to OneNeck, further solidifying their position as the mid-market leader of outsourcing services.

The combined business units will leverage Ensynch's data center assets and technical talent to continue to serve their customer base uninterrupted. Additionally, Ensynch's Managed Services customers will gain access to additional services from OneNeck's portfolio, including advanced ERP support and additional business application hosting services.
