OneREIT (TSX:ONR.UN) announced today the retirement of Patrick Lavelle from his role as a trustee and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of OneREIT.

The Board wishes to thank Mr. Lavelle for his twelve years of dedicated service as a trustee and for having agreed to extend his tenure on the board to serve on the Special Committee. As one of the founding trustees of OneREIT, Mr. Lavelle has provided exceptional leadership and direction to OneREIT and his contribution to the Board has been much appreciated.
