OneSpin Solutions Closes 2012 With Double-Digit Growth, Continued Adoption of Formal Verification Solutions

In addition, co-founders Dr. Raik Brinkmann and Dominik Strasser assumed the roles of president and chief executive officer and vice president of engineering, respectively.

In May, OneSpin secured a round of funding from Azini Capital to grow its business and implement the new strategy. Azini Capital outlined a number of reasons for its investment, including the new strategy and the professionalism of the team. The funding enabled OneSpin to increase the size of its engineering team and hire additional sales managers and application engineers in North America and Europe, including new distributors in Eastern Europe and Israel.
